“We request parties to forge consensus about integration, rehabilitation and management of PLA as per the past agreements,” reads the open letter.

“There is a need of national government comprising all democratic and republic forces. Only such government can conclude peace and statute drafting tasks on time,” reads the letter.

The CMDP also urged Constituent Assembly (CA) members not to receive full salary and facilities if the term of CA is extended.

It has also asked the government to withdraw red passports from CA members and others who posses them and give them ordinary passports.

The CMDP also counseled the Ministry of Home Affairs to control the misuse of government provided vehicles and personal security officers.
