According to a press release, the company has launched 19 inch, 22 inch, 24 inch and 32 inch LCD TVs along with 24 inch LED TV. The LCD and LED TVs parts are manufactured in Thailand and assembled in India. [break]
Both LCD and LED support USB flash drive and can be used as monitors. The 24 inch and 32 inch LCD and LED come with Full HD and will be supported by HDMI, PC Input and USB movie port.
Annapurna Finance to upgrade into development bank
KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has allowed Annapurna Finance Limited to upgrade into a national level development bank, a category ´B´ financial institution, according to a statement from the finance company. The central bank has also given a green signal to the finance company to rechristen itself as Kailash Bikas Bank.
The company, established 19 years ago, in Pokhara, has a paid-up capital of Rs 704.3 million. The finance company has mobilized deposits of Rs 4.10 billion and extended loans of Rs 3.76 billion till mid-March. It has 19 branch offices and nine ATM kiosks throughout the country.
