All the apartments are of three-bedroom and the prices starts from Rs 5.5 million. Likewise, it has opened booking for 650 luxurious 2-bedroom apartments at Gwarko. The prices for the apartments start from Rs 2.5 million.
“The apartments have sound water availability, power supply, 24-hour security service, fire escape, swimming pool and adequate parking facility,” the statement added.
The company has said that the buyers can also enjoy loans from Guna Co-operative at concessional interest rates for 15 to 20 years.

Unique earns Rs 1.36m operating profit
KATHMANDU, April 21: Unique Financial Institution managed to earn an operating profit of Rs 1.36 million by collecting deposit of Rs 360 million and investment worth Rs 420 million by mid-April.
