KATHMANDU, May 23: The 25th Annual General Meeting of Butwal Power Company Limited held in Kathmandu on Tuesday approved all the agendas proposed by the company, according to a statement issued on Tuesday.

KATHMANDU, May 23: The 25th Annual General Meeting of Butwal Power Company Limited held in Kathmandu on Tuesday approved all the agendas proposed by the company, according to a statement issued on Tuesday. “The meeting passed all the proposals including the annual report of FY2016/17. The company has decided to provide 20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit earned during the year,” the company added in the statement. The power company has been working to develop a number of hydropower plants in Manang district of Nepal, according to the statement.
