I am currently a Member of the Parliament and Constituent Assembly of Nepal and former Permanent Secretary to the Government of Nepal.

I was a career civil professional of the Government of Nepal with 25 years of work experience in government ministries. I turned into an international professional and worked with UNDP/Nepal/, UNDP/Afghanistan and DfID/Nepal.

I have experiences in political processes, governance and political analysis, conflict management and capacity building. I served as key interlocutor for the Government of Nepal in the peace process. I have excellent understanding of the civil service and administrative reforms, donors’ coordination, resource mobilization, project management, civil society coordination and leading and representing in bilateral and multilateral forums.
