KATHMANDU, Nov 16: A bomb has gone off near the bridge of Sirdi Khola of Gorkha constituency-2.
The bomb went off near the bridge of the river at Gorkha Municipality-11, police said quoting locals.

According to the chief of district police office, SP Prakash Adhikari, a team of police has been deployed to the incident site after receiving information from the locals and has started the investigation.
The area is considered as very significant place as Narayan Kaji Shrestha of CPN (Maoist Center) and Babu Ram Bhattarai of Naya Shakti are vying in upcoming election of House of Representatives.
