Bikash started the round with pars on the first five holes, made a birdie on the sixth but dropped shots on eighth and ninth holes for one-over 34 on the front nine. On the later half, he carded birdies on par 5 13th and par 4 17th but made bogeys on holes 14th, 15th and 18th for one-over 35.Nischaya scored two-over 35 on the front nine dropping shots on fourth and ninth. On the back nine, he made lone birdie of the round on the 12th hole but dropped shots on 13th, 15th and 18th hole for another two-over 36. He stands on the second place after 18 holes.
Shivaram, who lies third, carded one-over 34 on the front nine but added seven-over 41 on the back nine.
Dinesh Nagarkoti (76) is fourth, followed by Krishna Murari Sapkota (77) at fifth while Dal Lama, Rohit Acharya, Kishan Kaliraj and Samyog Shahi are tied sixth with the score of 81.
In all, 12 amateur golfers are participating in the tournament played under stroke play format over 54 holes. Five players will earn professional card from this tournament. There shall also be scoring limit of 22-over for 54 holes to earn pro card from this year. The players who earn the pro cards will be eligible to take part in the Surya Nepal Golf Tour events.
