KATHMANDU, April 23: Bijay Sinjali of Tribhuvan Army Club clinched gold in the opening day of the 11th National Wushu Tournament that kicked off on Thursday at the Olympian Covered Hall of National Sports Council.
Bijay collected 8.35 points in men's taulu section.

Pema Lama of Kavre won silver with 7.85 points and Rupesh Lama of Sindhuli claimed bronze with 7.80 points. In women's section, SushmitaTamang of APF Club came first with 7.85 points.
Likewise, Kabita Nepali (7.10 points) of Lalitpur and Sapana Moktan (6.55 points) of Kavre finished second and third respectively. The tournament will conclude on Saturday.
