KATHMANDU, Aug 27: Twenty-eight police personnel stationed in Rasuwa have gone missing following the Bhotekoshi flood.

According to Nepal Police Headquarters, 10 personnel from Timure, eight from Rasuwagadhi Police Post, three from Syabrubesi Police Station, five from Mailung Temporary Police Post, one from Betrabati and one from Haku Police Post are missing.
Search and rescue efforts for the missing police personnel are underway, with 3,318 personnel mobilised for the operation, said police spokesperson Abinarayan Kafle.
