Meanwhile, DAO, Arghakhanchi, said that the district has been sealed off since this morning. A meeting of the District Security Committee took a decision to this effect in view of the rising coronavirus cases in the adjoining Kapilvastu district.
At least eight coronavirus cases were reported in Kapilvastu this afternoon. Kapilvastu has witnessed at least 29 coronavirus cases so far, becoming one of the major hotspots of COVID-19 in recent weeks.
