KATHMANDU, July 31:The Balkhu vegetable market has been inundated following heavy rainfall last night.
The continuous downpour since midnight led to flooding in the area, affecting nearby houses. Residents had to move to safer locations as the rainfall lasted throughout the night.

The flood has caused significant financial damage to the vegetable vendors at the Balkhu market.
