DADELDHURA, Aug 17: District's only Bal Mandir which was constructed around three decades ago has been in completely decrepit condition in lack of maintenance.
The internal part of the five-room building of the Bal Mandir has witnessed cracks and the roof also seems broken.

The building has been used to educate children with disabilities in a residential way. Deteriorating condition of the building has troubled in carrying on the activities to educate disable children.
Some six mentally retarded children have been provided residential educational facilities in the Bal Mandir.
Teacher Prem Raj Pathak said that the building is in a very fragile state so it may collapse any time. RSS
