During the event, President Paudel emphasized the need for more scientific, effective, and factual approaches in the investigation, prosecution, debate, and defense of government cases. He suggested that increasing the success rate of cases could further strengthen the rule of law and enhance the administration of criminal justice.

However, the President noted that while improving the success rate of cases is important, it is equally crucial to focus on whether victims receive justice and whether the process is victim-friendly. He said, "It is the responsibility of the Attorney General not only to punish the offender but also to ensure that the victim receives justice, including compensation."

President Paudel expressed confidence that the Office of the Attorney General would give special attention to ensuring the effective implementation of the Constitution, particularly in protecting the rights of crime victims, in line with the fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution of Nepal.

Attorney General Badal also presented a summary of the report during the program.
