Police constable Bipin Rai sustained bullet injuries to his right arm, according to the Eastern Regional Police Office, Biratnagar. The incident reportedly took place as the APF unit was trying to open a blocked section of the East-West Highway.
Demonstrators had obstructed the highway in Mirchaiya-5 by uprooting trees on the road. RSS
