DADELDHURA, Sept 30: The Armed Police Force (APF) has established a border outpost (BOP) in the Rupal area of Bhageshwar Rural Municipality in Dadeldhura district along the Nepal-India border.
Chief of APF Baidhyanath Brigade, Deputy Inspector General, Harishankar Budathoki said that the border outpost has been set up in line with the government’s decision to mobilize APF personnel in order to maintain border security and curb cross-border crime.
Border outposts have already been set up at various places including Sadani Bazaar, Pari Gaun and Arsurani village in Dadeldhura.
There was no police station in Rupal area of the district as of today.
