For Rana, Danny Denzongpa´s first Nepali album "is a masterpiece."
"Back then, I had a couple of vinyl of folk musicians but getting hold of cassette was a huge achievement. I didn’t have his album on cassette but I got hold of something even greater: his live studio recording on V.H.S. And it was one of my dearest commodities at that time," Rana says.
For him, it still is one of the greatest Nepali albums of all time.
Rana explains that along with his father’s poetry, “it was probably Danny’s album that had inspired me to sing." Though the video tape that he possessed contained crude sound quality, Danny’s "imperial vocals always shined through."

Along with Danny Denzongpa’s video album, Anudan Jung Rana says that Deepak Bajracharya’s second album titled Deepak Bajracharya is a great milestone in Nepali music pop scene. “He is a gifted singer and is at its best in this album. Songs like “Sunsaan” and “Samaya” are brilliant composition and the album, altogether, is a simply superb.”
Anudan has released a couple of singles along with a clandestine solo album, “Strictly for the ears of his family and friends.” He currently heads Thuraya Telecommunications along with several other business ventures.
