The gang kidnapped 18-year-old Akash Singh, the son of Mithu Singh of Rajbiraj-1. Singh was kidnapped when he had gone out of the house for a walk in the evening.
His kidnap was confirmed after the kidnappers called the family from his mobile phone at 12 a.m. demanding Rs 5 million in ransom, according to his mother.
Earlier on Sunday, a gang had abducted 16-year-old Sushant Singh, the son of Gunjan Singh of Rajbiraj-5, and demanded Rs 4 million in ransom.
