KATHMANDU, March 6: Amresh Singh of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is leading the preliminary vote count in Sarlahi-4 constituency with 976 votes.



His closest rival, Gagan Thapa of the Nepali Congress (NC), has received 744 votes.
