AG annual report presented to president

KATHMANDU, April 11: The annual report 2069 of the Auditor General (AG) was presented to President Dr Ram Baran Yadav at a function held at the Rastrapati Bhawan Shital Niwas on Thursday.



Officiating Auditor General Bimala Subedi presented the 50th annual report of the Auditor General to President Dr Yadav, in accordance with the Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2063.



The report among others things points out an arrear of Rs. 27.97 billion among the government offices and arrears worth Rs. 7.11 billion in the organized institutions and committees.



Likewise, the arrears to be sorted out through legal procedures have reached a total amount of Rs. 224 billion from the 180 billion rupees last year.
