AFC to honor Pradhan

KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has announced to honor All Nepal Football Association General Secretary Dhirendra Pradhan with the Service Award gold medal. AFC confers the award on individuals who have served football for more than 30 years. Former Nepal international Pradhan, who had won gold medal in the First South Asian Games held in Kathmandu in 1984, has been serving ANFA as general secretary in the current executive committee. He was a member in the previous executive committee. Pradhan left Kathmandu for Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday to receive the award.
