KATHMANDU, April 19: You buy recharge card thinking that you have to make an important phone call, but when you dial the digit and hit the call button, you hear a reply from the other side stating your phone can’t be recharged due to network problem.

This can sometimes create annoyance and problem during emergency. But with Sajilo Recharge, you won’t have to face this daily annoyance.

Sajilo Recharge is a mobile application which can be downloaded and installed in a phone and can be used to scan the recharge card pin for easy and smart recharge method.

“The idea behind this app came from daily annoyance of having to deal with network problem during the process of recharging the mobile balance,” says its creator Ishan Dongol.

The app uses optical character recognition (OCR) to scan the digit of the card. Through the app, you can do balance inquiry and get access to customer care department of telecom service providers.

The new version of the app has a new feature that enables users to transfer balance.
