KATHMANDU, July 20: Professor Deepak Prakash Mahara, acting executive director of Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital resigned from his post citing personal reasons. In course of his resignation, he clarified that his decision had no linkages with the ongoing protests of Dr. Govinda KC.
While Mahara’s tenure had expired last month itself, he was working as acting executive director. A committee has been formed under Jagdish Agrawal, the director of search committee to select new ED for the TUTH.
