Absconding wife-killer held

SARLAHI, July 28: A police head constable who went absconding after shooting dead his wife last Thursday has been arrested.



Head Constable Santosh Shrestha, 32, who is posted in Panchthar, shot dead his 30-year-old wife Bimala Shrestha over a minor dispute.
