ABC, Thamel XI triumph

KATHMANDU, June 16: Amar Brothers Club (ABC) and Thamel XI won their respective matches Tuesday in the ongoing Late Dr Harka Gurung Memorial Seven A Side Football Tournament at the Army Headquarters grounds, Kathmandu.



With a brace from Pun Lal Shrestha ABC beat NPABSON 4-0. Manish Joshi added one goal while Nindra Niraula scored an own goal.



In the second match, Thamel XI thrashed Nepal Orthopedic Hospital 7-0. Narendra Shrestha scored two goals while Madhu Karki, Milan Shrestha, Sagar Gurung, Sanjeev Baidya and Amir Dangol contributed one goal each.



The tournament is organized by Sports for All Nepal.
