The Café
The Café is located on the first level and overlooks the pool side area and surrounding landscape gardens. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining options and is the hotel’s main restaurant. The Café, which is one of the ideal family restaurants in Kathmandu, features a show kitchen serving international cuisine. A combination of interactive breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet and an à la carte menu is available for daily catering to in-house guests as well as walk-ins. The Café brings you a sumptuous weekend brunch inclusive of the use of their swimming pool costing Rs 2,500 per person plus taxes, buffet breakfast at Rs 1,350 plus taxes, buffet lunch at Rs 1,550 plus taxes and buffet dinner at Rs 2,000 plus taxes.

Rox restaurant & bar
Rox is the hotel’s signature outlet located on three levels. The restaurant features a show kitchen with wood-fired oven and serves traditional home-style Southern European cuisine. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining option – terrace dining and garden view. It serves local and international spirits and wines. You can enjoy intimate dinner with freshly baked, wood oven-cooked pizzas too. Dinning opens from 6 to 10 pm.

Arniko Room
As one might be able to guess, this room is named after the famed Nepali artisan and architect, Arniko. From succulent morsels of perennial favorite Ginger Fried Prawns to the Chef’s latest creations, Arniko room takes you on a culinary journey through the best of Chinese cuisine. The room with its many posters and paintings referring to the Chinese culture gives an authentic Asian vibe. Elegant in every way, Arniko Room serves as a very fitting place to explore Chinese cuisine with your family and friends. The opening hours are from 12 noon to 10 pm.

Ghar-e-Kabab
Ghar-e-Kabab is consistently rated the best Indian restaurant in Kathmandu. Step in and you are immediately surrounded by timeless elegance. The rich colors, the fine fabrics and the glow of the tableware provide the perfect backdrop to try the dishes inspired from the Mughal era. Add to that, the fine dining experience is accompanied by the live mellow sounds of ghazals each evening. Many consider it the perfect place to end a day. It serves from 1pm to 10:30pm every day.

Juneli Bar
From cocktails to single malts, you will find all kinds of drinks here. Meet friends, celebrate or just unwind in the cosmopolitan comfort of one of the oldest bars in town. It has a compact yet well-managed space where you can relax. It opens from 8am to 11pm every day.

The Chimney Fine Dining
Whether it is an intimate dinner for two or a festive gathering of friends, The Chimney Fine Dining has the perfect setting. The copper chimney and open brick fireplace at the center of the room offers a cozy environment and the handcrafted, copper-shafted artifacts help elevate the atmosphere. Dining here, you get the feeling of real exclusivity.  

The Chimney Fine Dining also has an international inspired menu. Be it Savor Rack of Lamb with an Eggplant and Sesame Ragout, the Tartar of Smoked Salmon with Wasabi, the Smoked Bekti, Chicken a la Kiev or the flaming baked Alaska Sagarmatha, executive chef K.K. Basnet believes in refining his dishes with creativity. You will spot many customers coming back just for them.

The restaurant operates from 6:30 to 9:30 pm, and can accommodate around 70 people. 

The Sunrise Restaurant
Just across the lobby is the sunrise restaurant – a casual, light and accommodating restaurant overlooking the expensive and beautifully landscaped gardens and pool. Open from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm with a seating capacity of 120 guests, The Sunrise Restaurant serves buffet as well as a la carte for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This posh restaurant also hosts exciting events in collaboration with their expert chefs time and again.

The Piano Bar
Right next to the lobby, The Piano Bar is another perfect place to meet friends and relax. Here you can enjoy an international selection of beverages and exotic cocktails. The pub is open from 11:00 a.m. to late night. The drinks are crafted to perfection and if you are here at night, we recommend you take a glass and enjoy the stunning night views it has to offer as well.

It is spacious, elegant and surrounded by beautiful Nepali architecture. They even bring in a live band every Tuesday and Friday from 6 pm onwards.
