SURUNGA, June 8: A minor girl was killed with a sharp weapon in Damak municipality of Jhapa on Wednesday evening.
DSP at Area Police Office, Damak, Rajan Limbu confirmed that nine-year-old Ganga Dahal, a daughter of Hemkarna Dahal of Damak municipality-4, was murdered at 5.00 pm Wednesday.
Limbu informed that the dead body of the girl was found at her home with head cuts.
Limbu further shared, "The police have arrested four persons including her elder sister Manju Dahal, 17, for investigation".
The fatal accident took place when the parents of the girl were not at home. Ganga was second grader at Damak-based Himalaya Secondary School at Damak. RSS
