7,000 smart driving licenses provided

KATHMANDU, Feb 29: The Transport Management Department, Bagmati Zone so far has distributed about 7,000 smart driving licenses as it was introduced since December 18 last year.

The Department Director General Chandra Man Shrestha informed that such driving licenses would be distributed in other places after analyzing its effectiveness as it was introduced only in Bagmati zone for the first time.


Such driving license provides detail information about license receivers.

Driving license receivers were found attracted taking such license as it was smart and portable, it is learnt. RSS
