The traffic movement along the Araniko Highway between Koteshwar in Kathmandu and Gatthaghar in Bhaktapur has remained stalled after some locals and students enforced a chakka jam at Kaushaltar. The protestors have demanded action against those involved in the lynching of the four youths which resulted in the death of two teenagers.
The four were lynched at Dhunchopakha in Bhaktapur on Tuesday over kidnapping allegations. The severe beating on Tuesday followed a brawl a day before. Two of the teenagers who died undergoing treatment at B & B Hospital have now been identified.
