Likewise, the agreement says the government will take initiatives to have a provision in the constitution to guarantee proportional representation of the marginalized communities in all state mechanisms.
The government has also agree to unconditionally release those arrested during the strike called by the committee and to provide free treatment to those injured during the strike.
