KATHMANDU, May 14: Eligible voters are taking part in local level elections with gusto across the three provinces 3, 4 and 6 today.
According to Surya Prasad Sharma, spokesperson of Election Commission, 42 percent of total registered voters in 34 districts that cover Provinces 3, 4 and 6 -4,956,925 -have cast their votes by this time.

According to him, the average rate at which voters are casting their votes is one minute.
