“He (prime minister) should have consulted our party before holding the portfolio after the imprisonment of our party chairman, but he did not do so,” MPRF-R General Secretary Atmaram Sah told Republica.

He also said that State Minister for Information and Communication Surita Sah must be involved in the ministry´s decisions. “The prime minister must not keep our state minister in dark while taking any decision related to the ministry,” added Sah.

MPRF has already decided not to send any minister to replace Gupta until the party is convinced of the implementation of four-point agreement between the UCPN (Maoist) and United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF).
