“Reading the papers we came to know about the needy blind students and immediately after that we started to talk to our elders about helping them by cutting down our Dhasain´s dhaksina and without hesitation they offered us their assistance,” said Manisha.

Prem said that he always wanted to get involved in social work and being able to help these blind students has made him very happy.

The 10 blind students and a teacher from the school were donated educational material worth Rs 15,000. “It has given us immense happiness,” said Manish.
