KATHMANDU, Nov 6: Around 382 aftershocks have been recorded in Jajarkot's Ramidanda till 10AM on Monday.
The National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center earlier reported a 3.4 magnitude aftershock occurring at 8:58 AM. Following the earthquake that struck Ramidanda on Friday night, a total of 382 aftershocks have occurred.
Jajarkot experiences 444 aftershocks till 11:30 AM
The earthquake on Friday night, with its epicenter at Ramidanda in Jajarkot, resulted in the deaths of 101 people in Jajarkot and 52 in Rukum West.
The series of earthquakes included a 6.4 magnitude tremor at 11:47 PM, as well as quakes measuring 4.5 at 12:08 PM, 4.2 at 12:29 AM, and 4.3 at 12:35 AM, all on Friday night.
The number of injured stands at 131 in Jajarkot and 189 in Rukum West. They are being treated at Nepalgunj, Surkhet and local healthcare facilities. Relief distribution efforts have also started
