336 people including 45 foreigners airlifted as rescue operations continue

According to Nepali Army Spokesperson Rajaram Basnet, efforts are on to search and rescue the injured, provide emergency treatment, and distribute relief. The army has mobilized around 4,000 personnel for the rescue and relief effort.

KATHMANDU, Aug 27: Three hundred and thirty-six people affected by the flood in the Bhotekoshi river of Rasuwa have been airlifted. 



According to Nepali Army Spokesperson Rajaram Basnet, efforts are on to search and rescue the injured, provide emergency treatment, and distribute relief. The army has mobilized around 4,000 personnel for the rescue and relief effort.

Those rescued include 45 foreigners from six countries, who were airlifted from Timure, Dhunche, and Mailung area in Rasuwa on Thursday morning.
