Sumi Group supports Koilapani
KATHMANDU: Sumi Group on Monday donated Rs 50,000 to Koilapani Polestar, the cash-strapped first division outfit from Nawalparasi. Sumi Group proprietor Karma Ghale handed over the amount to Bishnu Adhikari, the club’s president. The club had earlier received Rs 100,000 from NCC Bank, Rs 25,000 from Dr Gopal Khanal, Rs 10,000 from singer Hemanta Sharma and Rs 10,000 from Constituent Assembly Member Sapana Pradhan Malla.
RR, Surkhet into second round
KATHMANDU: Ratna Rajya Laxmi Campus (RR), Surkhet Education, Shanker Dev, Nepal Commerce and Public Youth Campus advanced into the second round of the Inter-campus National Volleyball Tournament on Monday winning their respective matches.
