Speaking in the Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Nepal Hotel Entrepreneurs´ Association here today, he said the collaboration between the UCPN (Maoist) and the CPN (UML) should get continuity.
The former Prime Minister said that the dispute over the power-sharing has already delayed the peace and the constitution-writing.
He stressed the need for working for speeding up the peace and constitution writing process by forming the Council of Ministers at the earliest.
Leader Deuba said there is the need of bringing legislation for regulating the house rent paid by the small and medium hotel operators.
At the programme, CPN (UML) leader Yogesh Bhattarai said the Nepali Congress should join the government and that was the need of the hour.
Bhattarai said the Nepse share index has improved with the election of the Prime Minister, adding the national economy would improve if the Nepali Congress and the erst of the parties also joined the government.
Vice President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) Bhaskar Rajkarnikar, president of the Federation of Hotel Entrepreneurs of Nepal Amrit Bhujel and other speakers also expressed their views.
