“Sunny Super Salon is the top selling Nissan car in Nepal,” Sambhu Subedi, senior manager for Nissan at Dugar Brothers and Sons, told myrepublica.com.
Nissan Sunny with 1.6 liter petrol engine is one of the most popular cars on Nepali roads. This car is available in seven different colors - Sapphire Blue, Beige, Brilliant Silver, Blade Silver, Black, White and White Pearl. The safety features included in this car are inbuilt fog lamp, high mounted rear stop lamp, SRS dual airbag, seatbelts with pretensioners and load limiters and anti-lock braking system with electronic brake force distribution and brake assist.
Dugar Brothers and Sons recently launched Nissan Tiida in the market. The more sophisticated sedan Tiida looks attractive in every way than the previous one. Special features of Tiida are rear headrest, CD player with 6-disc CD changer, CDs and auxiliary MP3 player input jack. Tiida is also available in seven different colors - Brilliant Silver, Ebony, Slate Grey, Polar White, Champagne and Burgundy.
Nissan Navara is available in pick-up model. This off-road vehicle with diesel engine is imported from Thailand. This model has 16 inch alloy wheel for a polished look and safety. Navara also comes in seven different colors - Silver Lightning, Arctic White, Tuscan, Blue Opal, Blue Velvet, Strom Grey and Midnight Black.
Nissan X-Trail is one of the finest SUVs available in the market. It is available in both diesel and petrol engine. Traction control system, six airbags, steering wheel mounted control, double luggage floor system and washable luggage boards are some of the exciting features in X-Trail.
“Apart from these vehicles, we also bring Nissan Patrol it there is an order,” Subedi said. Patrol is a high range SUV costing about Rs 13,000,000 in the market.
The company is also planning to introduce Teana - a new car from Nissan stable -- in the market. The luxury sedan will cost Rs 6,500,000 here.
