Koirala rushed to hospital

KATHMANDU, March 14: Former prime minister and President of Nepali Congress (NC) Girija Prasad Koirala was rushed to Sahid Gangalal National Heart Center in Bansbari on Sunday after his health deteriorated.



He was rushed to the hospital after doctors found his hemoglobin level low, senior NC leader and former home minister Krishna Sitaula told Republica. Four time prime minister Koirala, 86, is suffering from chronic respiratory diseases.
