KATHMANDU, June 2: Police arrested 15 individuals on Monday for enforcing a transport strike across the country.
According to Nepal Police spokesperson Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ramesh Thapa, they were taken into custody for obstructing transportation services.

He said that police are operating two buses in the Kathmandu Valley, providing free transport service to stranded passengers.
Additionally, in other regions, authorities are escorting stranded travelers to help them reach their destinations.
