Gold price drops by Rs 100 per tola

KATHMANDU, Oct 2: There is a slight decrease in the price of gold by Rs 100 per tola in the domestic market today.

The current rate for fine gold is Rs 107,900 per tola, down from Rs 108,000 per tola on Sunday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations.

Additionally, standard gold is now priced at Rs 107,400 per tola, in contrast to the previous rate of Rs 107,500 per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver has also dropped by Rs 20 per tola. Silver which was sold at Rs 1,380 per tola on Sunday is being traded at Rs 1,360 per tola today.
