Pakistan govt gifts 3 vehicles to Nepal

KATHMANDU, Feb. 23: The government of Pakistan has presented three vehicles to Nepal.



The fully equipped two ambulances and a van have been donated as a gift from the government of Pakistan for the Sunsari District Hospital, Hadiya Health Post of Udayapur district and Health Services and Relief Association (HERSA), Kathmandu.



Ambassador for Pakistan, H.E. Syed Abrar Hussain handed over the three vehicles to Foreign Secretary Dr Madan Kumar Bhattarai amidst a function organized at Ministry of Foreign Affairs today.



On the occasion, Ambassador Hussain said that that small gesture of goodwill from the government and the people of Pakistan was indicative of excellent friendly relations between the countries.



Foreign Secretary Dr Bhattarai thanked Ambassador Hussain and Pakistani Government and people for the donation and said that the vehicles would prove very useful for the concerned organizations.
