MYAGDI , Jan 25: A section of the Nepali diaspora in Hong Kong has extended support to an eight – year – old girl suffering from a hole in her heart.
The Myagdi Migrant Nepali Association (MONA) in Hong Kong extended Rs 80,000 in support for the heart surgery of Arunima Nepali, of Arjami in Beni Municipality – 2. The money was handed over to the campaign run by Om Kumari Shanti Fund for the girl's treatment.
A total of 17 Nepali migrants in Hong Kong donated the amount for girl's treatment. The girl, who comes from a poor family, is currently undergoing treatment at Gangalal Heart Centre in Kathmandu. RSS
