KATHMANDU, Jan 3: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Narayan Kaji Shrestha monitored some transport management offices today. Minister Shrestha, who visited Ekantakuna, Thulobharyang and Gurjudhara transport offices during office hours on Tuesday, heard the complaints from the service-seekers.
Speaking to the media, Shrestha said that coordination is being done with the provincial government to improve the transport system. He said, “We are making an intervention action plan to solve the current problem, correct the weaknesses and provide quick and easy service to the people.”
Minister Shrestha said, "People are suffering. We don't sit and watch. If we sit and watch, we are not needed. We have to solve the problems of the people.”
