Nepal to meet B'desh in SAG Women Football opener

KATHMANDU, Jan 12: The Nepali women´s football team will face Bangladesh on January 29 in the opening match of the 11th South Asian Games women football event, Associated Press said on Tuesday.



Nepali women will then meet Sri Lanka (February 2), India (February 4) and Pakistan (February 6) in the round-robin league. [break]



The final between top two teams is scheduled to be held on February 8.



The opening day matches will be held at the Birshreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mostafa Kamal Stadium at Kamalapur. The remaining matches will be held at the Bangabandhu National Stadium.
