KATHMANDU, Dec 17: CPN-ML has again urged the ruling parties to withdraw the constitution amendment bill registered at the secretariat of Legislature-Parliament.
Issuing a press release on Saturday, CPN-ML general secretary CP Mainali asked the ruling coalition to roll back the amendment motion of disintegrating the province number 5 reasoning it has agitated the entire country.
"The party demands the government to immediately withdraw the bill so as to address people's aspiration and enable environment for local elections," stated the release.
Opposition parties including CPN-UML and CPN-ML have been insisting the government to take back the constitution amendment bill registered in the Parliament to address the demands of agitating Madhes-based parties. RSS
