Sanima Capital appointed issue manager of Citizens Bank

KATHMANDU, Dec 6: Citizens Bank International Ltd (CIBL) has appointed Sanima Capital Ltd as the issue manager for its rights issue. Issuing a statement on Monday, the commercial bank said that it appointed Sanima Capital Ltd as the issue manager for its 10:2.5 rights issue.
According to the statement, the bank has given all the responsibility to Sanima Capital to issue 12,843,380 units of rights shares by the third quarter of the current fiscal year.
Deputy CEO of CIBL Ganesh Raj Pokhrel and Manish Narayan Joshi, CEO of Sanima Capital Ltd, signed the MoU to this effect, according to the statement.
