KATHMANDU, Dec 25: President of Nepal Bankers’ Association, Bhuvan Kumar Dahal has said that the education system that Nepal has adopted cannot produce entrepreneurs.
Speaking at the #2030 show hosted by Nepal Republic Media Limited, Dahal also argued that Nepali youths have failed to receive loans for investment due to the poor educational system.
Dahal also said that Nepali youths have failed to receive loans for investment and businesses also due to lack of the required experience. “Nepali youths have failed to receive loans due to their failure to present a convincing business proposal,” he said. “Our youths also lack experience.”
Dahal claimed that banks are always ready to make investments if the youths come up with convincing business and investment proposals. He also said that banks these days are focused more on promoting digital banking than just opening new branches.
