RAUTAHAT, July 30: A person died and another one sustained injuries in a jeep-truck-motorbike collision that took place at Chandrapur municipality-2 in the district.
The deceased has been identified as Rishab Koirala alias Anish, 25, of Chandrapur-5, Pubratole.

Injured Sandip Gosain, 24, of Chandrapur-5, Gaindakot has been referred to Kathmandu after his treatment was not possible in the district informed Shantiraj Koirala, Chief, DSP, Area Police Office, Chandranigahapur.
The Scorpio jeep (Ko 1 Cha, 7154) while trying to overtake a truck (Na 5 Kha 6051) hit a bike (Na 23 Pa 6715) coming from the opposite direction. The bike was again struck by a truck in which the motorcyclist Rishab Koirala died.
Ram Prakash Yadav, 36, driver of the jeep and Tularam Shrestha, a truck driver is under police custody informed DSP Koirala.
The dead body of the deceased has been taken to Chandranigahapur-based government hospital.
