KATHMANDU, April 23: The Government of Nepal has decided to endorse various memorandum of understanding (MoUs) to be signed between Nepal and Qatar. The MoUs will be signed during the two-day state visit of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, starting from Tuesday.
