KATHMANDU, March 4: Police have arrested a young man on rape charges in Dang. The arrestee is Netra Bahadur Rokaya, 28, of Manigaun, Guthichaur Rural Municipality-1, Jumla.
He is accused of raping a 21-year-old woman. He was arrested on Monday (March 3) afternoon, the Police Headquarters have informed.
